Hi folks,

 

Anyone able to help piece this together or guess based on what we can see?

 

This is currently where I am at thanks to Ray's assistance:

Enzhou _ shima fujihara _ _ made (濃州 _ 島藤原近 _ _ 長造之)

Thanks guys. There is at least one kanji above the mei I translated but difficult to make out. My guess is: 於 - Oite 

 

Oite Nōshū Kinka-san (no) fumoto Nagaragawa (no) hotori Fujiwara Kiyonaga kore o tsukuru
 
於金花山麓濃州長良川辺藤原清長造之
