That is crazy. Japanese speakers...can you fill us in on what he got away with? Looks like one sword....was he going for more or was this a special order robbery?

What shop is this?

Brave shop owner...pity all he had to beat the heck out of the guy with was a saya and an umbrella :lol:

Does it look like he went there to steal that particular sword, or was it just one he grabbed? It looked to me like he had one sword in mind, although I am not sure what he went back in for the second time...was it the saya, the origami or another item?

Shocking! I think they said it was a Nambokucho blade as well. Yea, he didn't get the saya. In the US, he almost certainly would have been shot trying to rob a militaria store!
