Help with Hakogaki

I am struggling with this hakogaki:

 

 

Starting from the right, by column:

 

1. 田守岡鐔
2. 鉄地丸形????
3. 金????
4. 特??????

 

From half of the second column I am completely lost.

 

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Looks like 

田守国鐔　　　　　But I'm not finding anything online or in Wakayama. Last kanji ought to be 鐔 (tsuba), but I'm not 100% sure of this. In any event, I couldn't find 田守 or 田　国守 anywhere. Not even sure if its an artist or somehow related to the theme? Unusual for a name, but perhaps I'm misreading one/two kanji and have got stuck in a dead end. 

 

鉄地丸形高町象嵌　I would expect 高彫 or something, but it looks like 町 to me. Unsure. 

会津正阿弥              Aizu-Shōami

特別貴重認定　　　Tokubetsu Kichō nintei. the last one I can't get; maybe 済 (meaning "already received" the tokubetsu kicho designation.)

When I put 田守 into Jisho it came back with "field guardian" so it may be a thing and the first line may be "field guardian design tsuba"?

Aizu Shoami is a possibility. I am not sure that the tsuba and box go toghter. The tsuba came with this box this is all I know.

John it seems that 田守 (tamori) was a profession:

 

A tamori was a position established by the Muromachi Shogunate to manage the fields and farms within the public lands. Those selected were primarily farmers with outstanding technical skills.

The one I thought was 国 could maybe conceivably be 図. 〰図鐔 makes sense as the first line of a hakogaki, but I'm still at a loss for what 田守 is. It's not really a common word. I thought it might be a poetic word for a flower... I guess the theme of this tsuba is plum. But 田守 doesn't seem to be a poetic word or euphemism for anything. And, I don't really think that third kanji is 図. I'm sort of making wild guesses now.

I couldn’t find any internet reference to field guardian on any other tsuba design. Something did come up relating to a type of grass but it wasn’t similar to the design on Luca’s tsuba.

I'd discounted it but can try to find the reference if it might help?

John I also did found some references to grass but they do not look promising, so better you do not waste your time on it.

 

Maybe @Nobody Moriyama san can shed some light on the missing parts.

As for the first line of the hakogaki, it looks 田守図鐔 to me too.

田守図 – figure of tamori

However, I cannot imagine its actual image.

 

I think that the flowers on the actual tsuba are morning glory or Chinese bellflower.
