The koshirae is pretty but I wonder if the blade is not a bit tired, it seems hamachi/munemachi are used.

 

Or maybe it is just the photos...?

I don't know what to make of the fittings. Lumps of...??

I am unsure again if this is a naginata-noashi or a wakizashi made to look like a naginata blade. I don't see much of a turnback, and am leaning towards the naoshi theory. But that would make the signature a later addition. Not much you can tell about this one without a better polish. It's a wakizashi. The rest would need a shinsa

Thanks guys again for your help, i bought this one because it was unusual and i like it, i hope that,s a good enough reason, i,ll try to post more pics when it gets here if that would make any differance on a definate conclustion on what it is?

Blade seems alriight and a decent price, but I agree with Brian, the fittings look like they were molded out of...um...material of a natural nature rather than iron
