Please help me to understand this mei..

I found this mei on internet. So I try to translate the kanji.

I have identified the first part of the inscription as 和平以, but I am having trouble deciphering the last two characters.

I would be very grateful for any help in identifying them.

For reference, there are no other inscriptions on the opposite side of the blade.

Hi! The last two characters are 靖国 (usually read as Yasukuni). 

 

和平以靖国 might read something like 和平を以って国を靖んずる in Japanese (to make the country peaceful/well with peace).

 

Edited: random(?) fact, 靖 and 安 are both Yasu in Japanese with similar meaning and usage, so......

These guys bought replica and gave it to their dog for some bite marks.

It must be made with fraud in mind, tassel is obviuously wrong.

Huh…This explained why 和平以靖国 has 0 hit on Japanese internet or library.
