i have a copy of this book. I planned on taking it to Chicago for the show (i have a ton of books i am taking)  but will post it here

 

I see them priced all over the place, most seem to be around $300  so i will offer this one for $250 + post

 

it is in good slightly used condition, the picture shows it standing up so it looks bent

Second edition in this price seems like really good deal.
