Suji Bachi Kabuto

Hello, I'm from Germany and need help with these two signatures in my 72-plate Suji Bachi Kabuto.

Possibly meant to be Nobumune…(?) + Kao, but the strokes are not quite right.

I'm finding it extremely difficult to translate this; unfortunately, I mostly only recognize date signatures.

Gerry, as I said above, this last one is not a kanji, but a ‘Kao’ 花王, an artist’s personal seal or flourish sometimes added to a signature.

 

PS Fusamune has to be a possible reading, but I would compare it to other known Fusamune signatures as it is aiming very high!

Thank you. The kabuto is really very well made. It weighs 2.7 kg without the interior.

I definitely think this isn't an ordinary helmet; I think it's quite special.

What do you think of the second, longer inscription, which is in the form of a cross?
