Yes… Nobuari appears correct.  Unless there is an alternate reading of the ‘ari’ kanji?  Can’t find the smith listed (but maybe someone with more extensive records can help) so maybe meiken-more (unlisted smith)?

One more thing I would like to ask for translate help with. The sword is in a Kyu Gunto mount. The inner wooden saya has this inscription on it.
