Mei Translation on naginata and any Info on swordsmith

Assistance please on mei translation on the ubu naginata.  Also, any information on this particular swordsmith.

I am certainly no expert, and extremely rusty anyway, but my reading of this mei is  Nobukuni YoshiShige. Hopefully, I am correct, but then again................?
