Kogatana Mei Help

I have a kogatana that is signed on both sides of the blade.

 

I wondered if anyone could provide some assistance with the mei. I assume the kanjii on the reverse side between the hamon is a poem?

I think that you can read the inscriptions in the following style.

渡邊綱一条戻橋 +something: (Ref. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watanabe_no_Tsuna )

The last two characters may be ...切鬼 (cut the Oni).
