I have this fuchi/kashira set that has a signed fuchi.

 

I have hopefully got the translation correct as - Haruyoshi Saku

 

Am I close?

I believe 治喜 could be read Haruaki.

Can also be read “Haruyoshi”, “Harunobu” or “Haruki”…
