Help with family name Mon

A friend has this surname in silver, my Kanji skills are not very good but I thought it may be "Mitsutomo"  - 盈友? Can someone please correct or confirm this, please?

Looks like 野東 (Notō) written in cursive, but that would be a slightly unusual last name. 

 

(Slightly more plausible than 盈友).

[Nobody]

Might be 野本 - Nomoto.
