sabiji Posted December 2, 2022 Report Posted December 2, 2022 Maybe someone can help me. I was in a small exhibition at Honno-Ji in Kyoto at the end of October. There were items related to Oda Nobunaga on display. Among other things, there was a nodachi which is said to have belonged to Mori Ranmaru. The blade from the Muromachi period had over 1 meter Nagasa and is said to be from the Kanabo school. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take photos of exhibits. And fool that I am, I decided against an exhibition catalog because I already have too many books and catalogs lying around. I had hoped to find information and pictures of the Koshirae on the internet afterwards, but without success. Does anyone know maybe links or other sources? 1 Quote

sabiji Posted December 2, 2022 Author Report Posted December 2, 2022 Perfect! This is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks a lot! We had discovered the exhibition rather by chance and that shortly before closing time. But that left us alone in the exhibition. Quote
