Help With Mei and Tsuba Translation Please

Hi, I inherited this from my brother and would like a translation of both the Mei and Tsuba script if possible please. I am trying to learn but am very new and confused easily . Help always appreciated and thanks for any time spent.

Take a hammer and screwdriver and hit them repeatedly against a block of steel in a random fashion.
That's what they read.
Chinese fakes are usually gibberish. No point trying to make out anything, they are made to deceive.
The tsuba is very fake too, although they probably tried to fake some name there.
