Dear All.

While browsing subjects of interest I came across this little piece on YouTube,  you only need to watch the first minute or so to see the presentation, unfortunately a bit grainy.  It would be really nice to know what was presented and what happened to it.

All the best.

In November 1937 Nakata Kanehide of Seki. then head of students at the Seki Tanren Juku under Watanabe Kanenaga, was selected to make a sword each for Hitler and Mussolini   sanmei.com/Pictures/Sword/profile_KANEHIDE.pdf    ....read RESUME).

I don't know if other smiths in Japan were also chosen to make swords for these two leaders
