SteveM Posted December 8, 2018 Report Posted December 8, 2018 I think Uwe is right. Part of a saidan-mei? Quote
Mark Posted December 9, 2018 Author Report Posted December 9, 2018 thanks. what does 切手 mean? I try to translate and get " postage stamp" or Kitte "off hand" i am sure it has some meaning i don't know. Steve yes part of a test but in the spot where i usually expect the date Quote
SteveM Posted December 9, 2018 Report Posted December 9, 2018 Being part of a saidan-mei, it means "cut by the hand of", in other words, it refers to the person doing the test. Pronunciation would be kirite. (Postage stamp is also a valid translation of 切手. In fact, it would be the most common translation, and therefore any machine translation will most likely default to this in lieu of any other context) 1 Quote
