help with sayagaki please

I have a ko-wakizashi in shirasaya. It has some small writing toward the end of the saya. I can read the left column, the length 1.25 shaku. I am having trouble with the right and center.. any help appreciated

金目村 (Kaname mura) – Kaname village

中島政慈 (Nakajima Masashige?) – owner’s name?

 

I am particularly unsure about the last kanji in the 2nd line.

I believe that the owner's name is "HabaNo MasaZo" (幅野　政蔵).

Now I can clearly see 蔵 and also maybe 野 in the line. :D

I am still unsure about 巾 or 中. Maybe that is because of my bias, as Habano is an unfamiliar name for me. But I know the name does exist.
