I just found this thread.  I bought this sword on eBay and it arrived yesterday.  This guy is a shimosaka smith, listed in both the shinto taikan and the nihonto zuikan and is 15 points in Hawley's.  As it turns out, it has a nice kaneiye tsuba and the other mounts are quite nice.  I thought it was Yoshisada for a while until figuring out the first kanji is Nari.  He worked in the early 1600s, and there was only one maker listed with this mei.
