Mei Translation Help

Hello,

 

I saw this blade on eBay (no intention to buy it) and I tried to translate the mei but I am heavily struggling.

 

What I read is resp. should be:

Watanabe Kanenaga Nihontō Tanren Juku (渡辺兼永日本刀 鍛錬塾) - even some Kanji are quite strange (e.g. 辺) and I am missing  many Kanji...... and for the last part, except "saku kore" I have absolutely now idea...

 

Therefore I would kindly ask for your help.

I think you have the wrong Kanenaga. Fujiwara Kanenaga is your man.

yes of course, your are fully right - my mistake.... It seems I have compared too many Kanenaga mei with this one and was too focused to Watanabe....

 

But I am still struggling on the other part of the mei....

Fujiwara Kanenaga made this using anti-rust steel

 

I cannot read the kanji where the red box is. I'm tempted to say 大物 (ōmono - meaning great or famous) because that is what he usually inscribed on his swords. But it really stretches the imagination to imagine that squiggle as 物.

It's a shame (most of) all these stainless steel showa-to have so poorly done yasurime.

 

Even done by a smith like Fujiwara Kanenaga who was able to produce real hamon with this steel, he did not pay attention or maybe was not able to do neat yasurime.

It's hard to tell the Kanji after 大， you can compare it with other 2 (大物& 大持)from 藤原兼永，both are not really like this Kanji. Kind of like 庸 ，but doesn't make any sense.
