Shipping To Saudi Arabia

All,

I have a party interested in a couple of swords in Saudi Arabia.  He has never imported swords there and I have never shipped there either.  I have reviewed this document (https://verigates.bureauveritas.com/wps/wcm/connect/68534677-0e1b-4c18-af27-e2d8ebace368/SAUDI+ARABIA++-+Import+Guide+01+-+Banned+and+restricted+products+Ed.+1.7.pdf?MOD=AJPERES) and it seems as though it should be acceptable.  Has anyone any experience shipping to Saudi Arabia?

he asked me a few times looked at his FB page and the hate against Israel turned me off, as long as not being used to behead infidels would be fine. he could just be a collector like all the others all over the world.

Check with the Saudi embassy in the US.
With banned items like "

Special types of knives for aggressive purposes like

double edged knives, or handheld knives."
..you can't be too careful

Btw..just looking at the list of banned items, you have to have a good laugh at some....

• Entertainment devices with hysterical laughters
• Greeting cards with small musical devices which work automatically when the card is moved
• Devices which are placed behind the driver to alert him in case he falls asleep
• Old newspapers
• Antique guns
• Christmas trees
• Eagle logo
