Brian Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 Guys, If you are in Japan at this time, do NOT miss either of these events. Really. The yakatabune trip was one of the highlights of my trip (both for the company and the scenery at night) and I hear wonderful things about the sword study class in Kamakura. Bob is to be commended for always going out of his way to organize these and running them so well. Brian Quote
Keichodo Posted September 25, 2013 Author Report Posted September 25, 2013 Brian, I appreciate the plug and hope visitors to Japan will get involved. A lot can be learned from a serious sword study session; however, you will meet the most interesting people and hear some crazy-ass stories when large amounts of truth serum is served....so I organize two events with very distinct goals in mind. Thanks again, Robert Quote
cabowen Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 Just remember to pack that spare liver along with the party shoes.... Quote
Guido Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 The same procedure as every year, Mr. Bob? Count me in for the Yakatabune, and reserve a stretcher in the middle of the lower deck for Cyrus. However, since I promise I will not sing this year, he might not suffer as much as he did last time. Keichodo Posted September 25, 2013 Author Report Posted September 25, 2013 Same procedure as every year Mr. Guido. I'll do my very best. Quote
raiden Posted September 26, 2013 Report Posted September 26, 2013 Not sure if the "green" chinese guy will be there.... Quote
