Hello, I would be very happy if someone is so friendly and translates Sayagaki. Thanks again and again for the support. Michael

Bruce, thank you, without your question, I would not have seen the tiny number on the Nakago mune. Here are more pictures. I am grateful for more information.

I would like to share this with the members. I found this tanto. The signature is Toshihiro, on a lucky day in June 1933. as a reminder of the founding of the Nihonto tanrenkai society. In July 1933 Toshihiro got the name Yasuhiro. in the book, the yasukuni Sword on page 60 is another tanto with the same signature. There is nthk paper and a nice (presentation?) Box. gold foil double habaki. Here are some photos.

Hi I would be very happy if you could translate the sayagaki for me. It belongs to a hizen kuni iga no kami minamoto kikuhira katana. Thanks for your support. Michael

I would like to introduce my omi no kami Tsuguhiro wakizashi, pilot, tank or what it is. It has a wood Saya. The condition of the leather cover is very good. Thanks for the translation Steve.

so, now the blade is almost completely clean. Thanks for the tip with the wood to remove the Tsuka. There is no signature. Do you have an idea what period and what school that can be. Sorry for the bad photos Michael
