Moley Posted December 5 Report Posted December 5 Hi Guys. The Liverpool Militaria Website has been unavailable for some time now. I am a regular visitor and always log in to see what is on offer. https://liverpoolmilitaria.com/shop.php Over the years I have had loads of successful and fruitful dealings with Bill including frequent visits to his shop when it was open. A knowledgeable and a genuine nice man, a friendly chap and a straight dealer. I hope everything is alright ? Does anyone have any further information ? Concerned... Gwyn North Wales Quote
francois2605 Posted Friday at 10:34 PM Report Posted Friday at 10:34 PM The 503 error (SERVICE UNAVAILABLE) indicates that the server where the website is hosted is malfunctioning as if the box had to be rebooted. If the website had disappeared, you would get a HTTP 404 (NOT FOUND) error. The website will probably come back online once the maintainer realizes it's unreachable 2 1 Quote

Mark C Posted Saturday at 03:31 PM Report Posted Saturday at 03:31 PM Also worried Gwyn, I'm at the Birmingham arms fair tomorrow, I will discreetly enquire about his welfare with the many dealers that know Bill. Purchased my first sword from Bill over 25 years ago. Regards 1 Quote
wakiboy Posted Monday at 02:06 PM Report Posted Monday at 02:06 PM I’ve known Bill since the early 70s , last saw him at the To-Ken society meeting at St Helens 19th July where he was in his usual good form…. I was at Birmingham yesterday and didn’t hear anything so assume he’s got his feet up somewhere 👍 Ian 1 Quote
