p.s. if you take a screenshot of the original picture and drop it into the googe search bar, it will come up with a translate button on the bottom right. Click on that and it will translate the kanji fairly well (except hand written or unreadable stuff).

PS These are written in old-style (pre-simplification) kanji that most Chinese and Japanese today could not read.

Good one John .... I delved a little further using same system and came up with similar answer 

 

Individually, the three kanji came up as " Medical Treatment  Bag"

Another way I took a photo than clicked on the photo and it gave me the translation on the bottom It said medical
