Hi guys, currently following yahoo Japan auction trying to buy an armor. I have to questions I hope you can help me with. First, there is a lot of armor of that type and technique with common features (link bellow). Is this a late copy? Example image 1-2-3

The second question is about images 4–5-6 is it real (17-18) or later? Thank you!

You are right to ask this question, Alexander. May I counter with why you wish to buy over internet auction  images?

Personally I find myself drawn more to parts of the second example, even if it is not composite.

Sory, was unable to insert link, enclosed photos. Buying at the internet auction is the only possibility for me now to get it, I have no other options.

Unfortunately, that is all too often the only option these days. Even buying from dealers, unseen, can be tricky.  I can all too well sympathise with you on this one, as everything I buy these days is over the internet, as the possibilities of buying items that I want in Norway are almoset zero. Auctions are extra tricky, and something that I personally try to avoid, and buying weapons is far simpler than buying armour!

The first is Showa period, the second is composite, but made up from Edo period components, some of which are in rough shape. I would recommend waiting and getting some books.
