Rawa Posted July 5, 2025 Report Posted July 5, 2025 Old pappers, blade looks "to good" overall. Looking like good fun for guys here. https://ebay.us/m/gKyzCh Quote
Alex A Posted July 5, 2025 Report Posted July 5, 2025 When i saw the pic i thought its very curved and thought it could be the images, then read 1.75" (4.44cm) and thought that's very curved, like a banana, If in the past someone was struck by that sword, there's a good chance it missed and they got away. Rawa Posted July 5, 2025 Author Report Posted July 5, 2025 I dont think this blade is from far past. There is always possibility that blade was made for shrine but why was shortened? At best its meiji forgery imo. I even asked seller one simple question Quote

The original owner threw it away…but it came back… 10 Quote
Gerry Posted July 5, 2025 Report Posted July 5, 2025 It's crazy that he paid 1.4M yen for this sword, and with the Jauce fees on top of that. I wouldn't think he'll recoup his $11K back on eBay. It'll be interesting to see how much it goes for. He already relisted it this morning. Quote
Rawa Posted July 5, 2025 Author Report Posted July 5, 2025 Yeah he explained that he added worldwide shipping thats why he relisted. Funny description mentioning many examples when buyers scam sellers??? I thought that buyer must pay before shipment on ebay so where is space for scammers here. Quote
Rawa Posted July 15, 2025 Author Report Posted July 15, 2025 7650$ final bid. After ebay cut around 4k difference from original purchase price on jauce. 1 Quote
