Tsuba mei

I have a tsuba with some kanji on it I can’t translate. Can somebody please help translate some of the characters are hard to see on the right side.

I’m struggling with the right side too but maybe Bushu ju Masakata. There’s several generations signing Masakata in the Edo Ito school and the style is in keeping with that schools work.
