Date: 皇紀二千六百三年一月日 = koki ni awn roku haiku san nen ichi gatsu hi (a day 1st month 2603 years Japanese Empire January 1943) Smith: 肥前国正次鍛之 = Hizen (no) Kuni Masatsugu kitau kore (forged by Masatsugu of Hizen Province) but the rest?
