Tsuba Mei can't find reference info

Hello all,

甫掃  (Hoso?)

Interested in a Tsuba with the above Mei. but cannot find info on the school/artist through the search outlets here on this forum.

Advertiser wrote Mei and possible translation noted above, not I, as that is beyond my ability.

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
