Fujiwara Kazunori

I found this Kazunori Paper in my Yasuyoshi NBTHK envelope. Has anyone seen this type of paper before? I've had this for about 6 or 7 years lol.

Dan, this is a personal attribution paper from Masayuki 'John' Yumoto. Not a kanteisho, but simply his translation and research on the sword that was submitted to him.
