Translation please

I would appreciate it if someone could help me translate the markings on the tang

The mei seems to be 備州長舩 x x 作 (Bishu Osafune x x saku).

As my wild guess, “ x x†may be;

 

盛光 (Morimitsu).

 

The date may be;

天文廿年八月日 (Tenbun 20 nen 8 gatsu hi) – a day in the 8th month of Tenbun 20th year (1551).

I also got to the Bishu Osafune xx saku part, but see if you can get a clearer shot of those 2 indistinct kanji? Perhaps play with the light a bit, or try a scanner. Don't worry about the other kanji, just the 3rd and 2nd last ones.
