Kakemono Translation Please

Hello, i recently bought this shodo kakemono, it would be nice to know what's written on

Hi Manuel.,

 

The signature and seals on the left looks like that of Yamaoka Tesshu.

If it's right, then you have quite a valuable item.

 

However there are many contemporary and modern fakes of Tesshu's work, not to mention modern facsimile prints of his more famous works.

 

I'll do some digging and see if I can find more information for you.

 

PS the signature looks like the style he used in his late 40's early 50's

Hello Malcom, i was aware of the signature, for the price i paid if it was genuine i'd done a big shot, but i bought mostly cause i liked the feeling of the script, having no knowledge i'd be a big bonus if genuine.
