Rich T Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 These are some good ones Yoshikazu Iwamoto, Traditional Japanese Music. He is a great Shakubachi ( flute ) player. Trditional music of the Japanese Geisha, Various. Nice collection of Koto and Shakubachi as well as those crazy sort of camp fire singalongs you see in a lot of the samurai flicks. Japanese traditional Koto and Shakubachi music, Satomi Saeki and Alcvin Takegawa Ramos. More of the same of above. If you have Itunes, just log onto to the store and search these out, you can listen to a bit of them. Cheers Rich Quote
DavidF Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 This is not traditional Japanese music, but it is Japanese music with a lot of traditional elements. And that is the Vampire Girl Miyu OAV soundtrack. It's also a favorite of mine to play around Halloween. I highly recommend it. DaveF. Quote
