Grey Doffin Posted November 17, 2015 Report Posted November 17, 2015 Hi guys, I have a question about Kanji to Romanji, specifically how do I know where the word breaks belong. For instance, there is a book: 日本刀盤図説 which I have been writing in Romanji as Nihon Toban Zusetsu. Today online I have seen the title as Nihonto Ban Zusetsu. Which is correct, and more important, how do I know so when the next not-obvious title comes up I'll get it right? Thanks, Grey Quote

Grey Doffin Posted November 17, 2015 Author Report Posted November 17, 2015 Thank you but how do you know that? Is it because you just know if you can read Japanese or is there a clue? Showa Daimeito Zufu or Showa Dai Meito Zufu? Gotoba In Ban Kaji Ko or Gotoba In Bankaji Ko or Gotoba Inban Kajiko: What's the secret? Grey Quote
