Is it Kunimasa ?

G'day Guys,

 

I've had a crack at this, and think it might be Kunimasa. I can see the showa stamp but would be like to know what the entire script says. Would the painted characters be numbers?

Yes,the mei is Hirotaka as John posted.

 

The mei says "Seki-ju, Kubota(family name) Hirotaka saku"

関 住 久 保 田 広 隆 作
