Hi all,

I know that the mei on this one is Masaharu with kao, but have never had a translation of the writing upper right.

Is it just the place or something else?

Much appreciated.

Hi,

We have to read two upper sosho-kanji as kana-characters.

"ni-no-fuyu" means winter of the 2nd (year).

I surmise that [the 2nd,winter] is In winter of the 2nd year of Meiji(1869).
