Matt, if the top right of that kanji can be 口 instead of 又, then it can be the variant old kanji form of 聖 for holy. Combined with 四Four then you can get the two readings of Shisei しせい and Shishou ししょう, depending on the context. The 'four holies' can refer to four Buddhist saints, four holy buildings in Todaiji, the four leaders of the world's great religions, the four holy precepts of Soka Gakkai, etc.
