In my teenage years I had a bit to do with spray paint. I never did it myself but I seem to remember that the spray booth guys had an attachment (or maybe a special spray nozzle) they used for spatter painting....if I remember correctly it had a spinning nozzle that could be set to make the blobs thrown out smaller or larger (or longer) as the larger they were the longer the spatter mark was...my memory not perfect, but maybe ask some spray painter shop?

thanks guys,only the Japanese can make a steel scabbard seem organic,been thinking of all manner of ideas,but know they will not look right.Looks like its the wallet again. ;)
