Thanks Brian for your positive comments I’m aware that this type of sword doesn’t have a nice hamon However it’s been my experience that with any sword having an Amateurish clean up loses its value. I also believe it would be hard to resell Maybe I’m wrong? Just my opinion John just curious who did the polish

Thanks for the help guys I did asked about the star which isn’t one. I’m still sitting on the fence being traditional and making claims as such But I have to believe others on the forum who are more knowledgeable than I Is the lighter tan medal Tsuka not as sought after than the darker wood taped ? And Is this another indicator its not traditionally made Steve -

Interesting I will ask him I also asked if it was hand made folded and he said it was so now I’m really confused as to why he would lie about it? Dose anyone know about him or done business Steve -

Interesting comments and thanks to all. The hada threw me off I don’t see the dark lines associated with a non traditional sword Also no arsenal Stamp that I can see I did see the same one shown in December -

Well I might as well show the sword I hate pointing fingers at sellers too late I thought 1595 was a good price? To me the hamon or hada looks traditionally made I would rather have the darker brown Tsuka But now what I hear from others makes from me think twice Thanks for all comments -
