Zodiac Date?

Can someone assist with the date. I can see Empo 3 so August 1675, but i see an additional kanji between "year" and "8". Maybe it is a Zodiac date?

I see U, hare, 卯 The year of 1675 is Kinoto-U. Not sure what the next kanji is, maybe, 入? You see 八, 8 for August, makes sense. John

Just a little correct, hachi gatsu 八月 means the eighth month of the X year of the X era, not august.
