Help Translating part of a NBTHK Kichō Paper

I ask for your help in translating a part of this NBTHK Kichō paper:

I have managed to translate most of it. The part circled in red is eluding me though, is any one of the knowledgeable people reading this thread able to help me?

Not 室町 but 毛彫

Perhaps… (?)

And 無銘

They fit with the tsuba.

Also this part is not completely clear:

 

 

It looks like 永仰一殿

 

But I am not sure of it and of its meaning.

Respectful name of the owner, 'Something Hajime(?) Dono' but sadly I can't be sure of the reading. 

 

P.S. Nothing to do with the price of fish, but 座頭市 is Zatoichi, and they called him Ichi-Sama!
