Kozuka and Kogai Help

Hello Everyone. I have a question on something that is coming with a mid 1600's Kanehisa Katana I just purchased. It looks like 100 years after the sword was made (1660 so mid 1700's), the sword had a complete update with new saya and koshirae. The saya has a set of Kogai and Kozuka incorporated in it. They are both signed and I was wondering if someone here could help me translate them. I paid just standard market price for the blade so if these are made by anyone of note that's great news. Some pictures below. Also the knife blade has some writing on it and am curious what that says as well.

Hello everyone. Want to open this back up as I have done some further research and I have another question(s). So the last comment mentioned Goto Enjo for the signature. Upon some further review and admittingly some help from AI, I am now being made to think this signature was an appraisal from Goto Enjo to the work of Goto Tokujo. Can anyone here comment on this? I really just paid for the sword so if these are in fact pieces made by Goto Tokujo and appraised by Enjo then this is quite the unintentional find. Is it worth sending these back to the NBTHK for certification? Currently the sword has a Tokubetsu Hozon certificate. I will include some pictures again here below.

 

Note: I am very new to Nihonto. Got into it after a wonderful trip to Japan and visited a smith outside of Kyoto. Trying to learn as much as I can so apologies if I am getting any of this wrong.

Is there anything on the kozuka to indicate it being attributed to "Tokujo"?

If it was Goto work you would expect the pieces to have a shakudo nanako front surface . The photos are terrible but the kozuka does not appear to be nanako . If this came out of Japan the seller will not have let genuine Goto pieces slip through his hands

Can we see focussed close-ups of the face plate on each item please?

Hello everyone. I appreciate everyone chiming in! Included some better close up photos, my apologies I was using some old photos I got from the seller (If these are still not up to par I can get a real Camera and try and take some even better ones). So there are lots of small dots on the face of these. Assume that's the fish roe looking shakudō nanako (worn in some spots like on the Kozuka where the handle meets the blade). Again, I am new to this and very well might be wrong here so I welcome all to share their opinions. I appreciate everyone's help!

Side note here. The menuki and the kashira/fuchi have that same Shakudo material with the fine detail and little dots. Would be happy to send some photos as well if those are of interest and may be worth checking out as well. Just a bit of a process to get good shots of those.
