Hakogaki translation

Hello to everybody

 

I am struggling with the translation of this hakogaki

 

 

So far I have identified five out of six kanji in the first column:

 

南蛮龍家蔵?

 

of the last one I am not sure

 

The first of the second column could be 召 but its a wild guess.

The second of the second column could be 月or 日.

 

The large one in the center is tsuba 鐔.

 

Any help with the missing kanji is greatly appreciated
