Regarding the shipping costs, I was worried, but I think they're reasonable. I sometimes pay more for shipping in France. €42 for the tsuba. Once with Drouot and their partner, it was €58, so it seems quite reasonable overall.

@MauroP Indeed, there were some incredible sizes; I love large tsuba, and it was an amazing opportunity to get it at such a good price. Unfortunately, there were others; I don't regret it, but one of my katanas would have liked to have it in its assembly.

Late to this one but in regard to the Goto daisho cticised earlier I noticed this one, for sale on your well known online platform.  There is either a happily deluded buyer out there or someone is going to get agitated!

All the best.

It is most copied tsuba I saw :] that’s why sekigane is right away warning. Believe Me I stopped saving those knock-offs, simply way to much of them

Unfortunately, I don't have the book Gai Sō Shi – Study Collection of Japanese Sword Fittings by Haynes, but I would be curious to know how the supposed Gotō Teijō daishō is presented there.

I have a signed copy of that book and that tsuba set is number 89 of the book. In the book it stills looks like a fake to me. Proof positive that no one is immune to the occasional fake as a collector. I have had my fake over the years.
