I am not familiar with this field. But it seems to be a mystic Buddhist formula, which is an incantation of 毘沙門天 (Bishamonten: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vai%C5%9Brava%E1%B9%87a ). It is included in 法華経 (the Lotus Sutra: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lotus_Sutra )

You are amazing to be able to discover the meaning of the blade translation so quickly! I wonder how you were able to do it and do you know what the chant means?
