Tsuba Mei

Looking for some assistance on this mei. Fairly sure the left side reads Masahide, but the right side has me stumped.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Right side looks like   厳藩  ?  Place name? 

Left side looks like 囗行 ?  At first glance it looked like 正行, but when I expand the picture it doesn't seem to be 正.

Genhan(厳藩)(厳原藩: Izuhara clan) was the clan name of the Tsushima clan in the only very early Meiji era.

 

The mei is 直行(Naoyuki).
