Made for "who?"

This is a Tenshozan Tanrenjo blade, 1941, and I think it says it was made for someone.  Or, it's a smith name?

This looks a very well made stainless steel sword with well cut fine mei. Also fairly early 1941.  I wonder if it could have been made by Kawamura Fujiwara Kanenaga, a brilliant metalwork artist.  The date is in his unusual style, especially "Showa"

Thanks guys!  The seller thought it said "worn by" but couldn't make out the name.  I normally post the link, but forgot it.  Here it is on a Holycraft0329 ebay sale.

 

It confused me because I thought the "kore" at the end meant "made by."

I wish the Tenshozan smiths had added their names to their work.
