Katana Mei translation please

Hallo and thanks

 

i bought this katana from an English auction and just opened the box tonight. The blade is a katana 27.5 inches Nagasa , surface rust but pretty good condition otherwise. Not sure if the mei is genuine or what it says 

 

any help is appreciated
