The blade is saiba. I've seen oshigata of this one many times, and it is a interesting piece but unfortunately not intact (yaki-naoshi). 

 

And having a replacement juyo document is not the same as having the original (the replacement is not always considered equivalent by collectors who often like to have the original papers).

Looks like it's no longer available. Sold or delisted? Interesting item though, definitely haven't seen one like it previously.
