The first sign i read "Moto" but the second one , I have no idea.

Unusual writing of this sign..........that's why I  was confused. 

Unfortunately I found no information about a smith who might have use this "Name " with this Kanji.

 

Anyway,  the blade,  a short Naginata-blade, is in a very bad condition.

It make no sense to show it here.
